Wrestling teaches you self discipline, self control, restraint and responsibility to yourself and your team. It is a mental game and you can always think of ways to maneuver out of situations and train your body to do what your mind tells it to do. It is my goal to one day wrestle on the collegiate level as well as train for the Olympics.
Since middle school, I have enjoyed taking things apart and rebuilding them to figure out how they work. I have always like working with my hands. Mechanical engineering is a field I can use my creativity to build and improve things to help society.
