Adrien Provencher '29 Recruiting Profile

My name is Adrien Provencher, I signed up for the NCSA  rectuiting website to help expand my opportunity with the sport of wrestling beyong highschool, also too help with the college rectuiting process that finds me a college fit for me. I am currently attending Vergennes Union Middle & Highschool, located in Vergennes, VT. While Vergennes has a relativly small wrestling team, we do have lots of talent in our room. Vermont is also a very small wrestling state therefore, the state often get overlooked although there are often some extremely talented wrestlers coming out of VT.  My goals and aspirations moving into the next chapter of my life in terms of college would be attending a school with a healthy supportive environment, although encourageing their athletes to work very hard and be disciplined in the procces. I am a great fit for this environment. Some examples: I love the process of getting better, training, the grind to the top, and hard work, discipline, (ect). Although I can joke around somtimes and have fun, when its really time to start practice and start grinding I'm very serious about it as I am doing my best too make myself better and others around me better as I am always part of the team aspect, supporting and cheering on my team. Last but not least my grades, my grades are pretty decent I would say, averaging a 3.5 GPA as I am writing this. I know that in college grades a the number one thing you focus on before anything else so I try to do the best in the classroom.
