During my college career, I intend to major in Computer Science and potentially become a computer software engineer to help improve the capabilities of technology. I have witnessed the constant changes in technology in multiple areas of my life including my family’s farm, my job for the school district as IT support, as a student, and from normal day-to-day life. I would like to wrestle in college because I have grown up wrestling and it is one of my main focuses year-round. While in college, I would like to make the National Championships and at least All American all four years. From the time I was five years old, I have been driven to continuously strengthen my skills as a wrestler. From wrestling camps across the nation, the hard work on my family’s farm, and my academics at school; I’m consistent in going the extra mile to be the best. This work ethic that has been instilled in me and my desire to do well has been a constant driving force. It is witnessed in the early mornings, late nights, and weekends doing whatever it takes to grow and become better in who I am as a person, athlete, and scholar. I have lived on a farm my whole life which surrounds me with challenges, both mental and physical. I would be a good candidate because I am hardworking and I won't stop until whatever needs to be finished is completed. I am different from other recruits because I am an analytical yet creative problem solver and never shy from a challenge. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout all of my middle/high school career. My peers and teachers have called me a leader throughout my life. I enjoy challenges of all types; not only because of the reward they bring but the lessons they provide me to become my best.
