Hi my name is Salvador Godinez III, but everyone calls me Sal. I am a catcher/utility player at El Cerrito High. I knew early on that life and sports were going to be hard, so I had to work hard too. I’ve always looked at ways to get ahead of others or make it a bit easier on me to be good. In baseball I’ve always worked hard and played my hardest, I would focus not only on the physical side of it, but also my knowledge in it. I feel that me understanding lots of aspects from the game have given me a little bit of an edge. I’m not the fastest thrower, or hit the hardest, but I’ve always been able to keep up with the guys that I feel are. This thought process helped me not only in baseball, but in school also. I’ve always been able to see a pattern and memorize formulas pretty easily, this helped me in math and computer science, which is the field I wish to study. I hope you find what I wrote interesting, and hopefully I didn’t scare you away. Thank you for looking at my profile and email, text, or call me if you ever want to talk. Thanks!
