Life, like baseball, sometimes throws you the nastiest curveballs and you’ve got to make the adjustments or learn from your mistakes. My experiences playing baseball have made me a better and stronger person. Whether it was dealing with the pressure of coming in to pitch a championship game with the bases loaded in 110 degrees, powering through slumps with extensive practice, recognizing a teammate who needed a pick up, remaining humble while celebrating successes, or knowing and believing in myself and my capabilities, and pushing to constantly improve my game; everything I’ve learned playing baseball will help me for the rest of my life. I look forward to continuing this journey as I head into high school and look towards college and beyond.
I have had amazing baseball experiences learning, battling, winning championships and competing across the country. With my speed, strength, agility, powerful arm, and determination; I am an aggressive force and have been an asset to every team I’ve played on. Additionally I am a natural leader on and off the field; I work well with others and I am a great team player. Looking towards college and career, I’m hoping to play baseball with an excellent program while I continue to develop my academic strengths in language arts and leadership. I hope to head in a direction where I can put my exceptional athletic ability, communication and people skills to good use both on and off the field. I will be a powerful force on any team I’m part of.
