As a Catcher and player, I would be a great asset and could add immediate value to your team. Athletically, I had a great Spring season- I was given the First Team All-League award in our conference, I won the MVP award on my high school baseball team, and my batting average was .397. As a catcher, I had over 20 throw-outs and back picks and only 4 passed balls all season. I have been professionally trained since I was 7 years old and have played for the top teams in Northern CA (CAS, CBA & NorCal)- competing and being successful against the top teared teams in CA, AZ, and FL. I have been selected by my catching academy to catch bullpens for professional players in preseason workouts. I also have a high baseball IQ, solid arm strength (up to 83 on throw downs), and accuracy. I can hit for power and contact and have been really working on my exit velocity (currently 94). Academically, I have good grades with a current Cum GPA of 3.8. In addition, I am very coachable, a good teammate, and my leadership on the field demonstrates my strong desire to help my team win. In my free time, I like to golf, bowl, hang out with my friends and give back by volunteering in my community.
