I have always liked sports, wheather it’s basketball, baseball, or football. However, as I got older I started realizing that I loved baseball. I had always liked football and basketball but, I decided to give them up in order to focus on baseball. I didn’t realize my love for baseball until I met my 12u coach. He taught me that playing baseball can also teach you a lot about life too. You can’t sit back and go through the motions you have to be dedicated to your profession in order to succeed. This philosophy will always stick with me to fuel my obsession of being the best that I can be. It also helped my team and I win a state championship. My coaches have always said I’m the silent leader of the team. I try to lead by example, examples like not giving up, always going 100%, having fight and a desire to win.
My parents have always taught me to excell in academics because in the event that baseball doesn’t work out like I want it to I can have something to fall back on. I push my self as hard if not harder academically than on the baseball field. I want to go to college for a four full years and graduate with bachelors degree. I’m not sure what I would want to study but, I do like to talk so studying color analysis and being an announcer is am interest for me. I have also been interested in engineering and architecture.
