Since I was a little boy my passion has always been baseball. I have played on an all losing team and now play on an all winning team. I have learned a lot from that and it has helped me grow as an athlete. I love to compete whether it's on the baseball field or in the classroom. Academically, I strive to be the best and maintain a 4.0 GPA. Athletically I want to be a leader, I want to be the best I can be for myself and my team. In the eighth grade, I was chosen to be captain for our school team and helped bring them a division championship. My coaches have told me I am a utility player and can help fill in where needed, and that I am different because I am “coachable”.
My goals and aspirations are to use my academic and athletic abilities to get into the best college I can. I will work very hard through high school to strengthen myself and prepare for such.
I am a team player, coachable, a leader, I have a strong work ethic, very dependable and very passionate. I bring all of these qualities to the field. I excel at any and all positions that my team needs me to fulfil. One of my favorite parts of the sport so far is meeting new coaches and learning new aspects which helped me grow as a person and player. I would be an asset to any team.
