My name is Eric Anderson I am a 2023 graduate from Ponte Vedra high school. I have played baseball for 14 years. I love bowling, learning about the stock market, and working on my 1965 Mustang. The summer before high school I moved for the 6th time (my Dad is a retired USAF F-16 pilot) to a town near Jacksonville, FL. The move from Wichita Falls, Texas earned me the nick name 'Tex' from my high school baseball teammates. My educational goal is to obtain a degree in Finance/Business and I am currently in the International Business Academy in my high school. Over the recent years I have faced many difficult adversities, no fault of my own, that gave me a chance to become stronger physically and mentally. In my opinion, one of my best qualities is my determination and fighting mind set. For example, I was told my velocity wasn't fast enough and I found training and put in the work to gain over 8 mph in under 6 months. I was told I needed to add muscle, and with a certified nutritionist’s guidance I gained 10 pounds in under 3 months. I have a passionate spirit of perseverance that helps me rise to any challenge and dominate with what I have. I am excited to work with whatever team God blesses me with in the future, and look forward to joining a program where I can not only grow where He puts me, but where I can inspire and encourage my teammates as well.
