From my first memories of going winless in my first T-ball season to winning travel ball championships, baseball has always been a passion of mine. The vastly different results from various seasons taught me that nothing is to be taken for granted and that growth comes from both success and failure. I have always loved everything about the game of baseball and have always been willing to put in the work to improve both my on field performance and knowledge of the game.
I have been blessed to play with high level teams and coaches for many years and have developed a strong work ethic and leadership style that is about getting the job done. Baseball is about team and leading by example is a core belief of mine. One of the ways I was a leader this last high school season was to start every game, but divided evenly between shortstop and left field. My versatility as a player, and understanding of the game allowed me to do whatever necessary to help the team.
I am looking not only for a good fit academically, but a great program fit as well, with a solid group of teammates to go to battle with. I believe that I can be an asset to your program because I will outwork the competition, support our team however necessary and simply find a way to get the job done.
