My name is Taylor Glover. I am a junior at Whitewater High School in Fayetteville, GA. I began playing tennis at eight years old. I truly love playing the sport of tennis. I feel that tennis is not just a sport, but a way of life. Tennis prepares me for challenges that I will face and encounter in real life situations. For the next 2 years I plan to continue to take and excel in rigorous academic courses and perform well on the SAT and ACT, remain active in my community, fiercely compete in tennis tournaments, and earn my Girl Scout Gold Award(the highest award for Girl Scouts). Following high school, I will enroll in college and then attend medical school. In the sport of tennis and in the field of medicine, problem solving, making adjustments, and persevering are all keys to success. I am an active participant on the tennis courts and in the classroom. I am ecstatic about the prospect of becoming a collegiate athlete and continuing to grow as a tennis player and a person.
