My aspirations have always been to be a good baseball player ever since I can remember. I grew up watching my older brother play and I could not wait for his games to finish so I could take the field and play. I would take the tee and hit baseballs, run and grab it and hit again non-stop. It definitely grew a passion for the game. I have been playing year round baseball since I was five years old except during the winter where I would either play in-door soccer or flag football to stay in baseball shape. My parents always talk about the important of having good grades and going to Church. I am active in my church youth group. I have been and A-B honor roll student all throughout MS and now HS. My freshman and sophomore year I received recognitions for academic achievement from the HC. Doing good work in school is what has allowed me to play baseball in the first place. I was lucky enough to have played in the same team for eight of my last ten years. I love my teammates because we have each other's back specially when things don't go our way as they often do in baseball. Baseball means everything to me but my parents taught me the importance of a good education. I can't wait to see what's ahead as I continue to work hard, grow in the game that I love, and build my future with a well rounded education. Let's go!
