Dylan Combs '14 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Dylan Combs and I'm from Kailua, Hawaii. My goal is to put 100% effort in to every pitch, attack hitters, and win the State Championship with my team, Punahou. After high school, my goal is to play college baseball at a school with a good academic and baseball program. After I graduate from college, I plan to play Professional Baseball.

 As a Freshman, I made the Punahou varsity baseball team (winners of  7 of the last 8 Division 1 State Baseball Championships). My freshmen year, I led the team in ERA(2.49), opposing batting average(.238) and wins (3-0), in 19 1/3 innings as the number two starter in the rotation.  I also play varsity football for Punahou. I am a hard worker in school as well as on the field. I maintained a 3.69 GPA throughout football and baseball season, and have added 3 Mph to my fastball in the past 3 months working with my pitching coach Matt Apana.
