Gavin McPeek '23 Recruiting Profile

When I was two years old I began playing baseball and ever since I’ve had a love for it. Whether it was playing catch with my dad at the park or hitting off my tee in the backyard my love has never been lost. I strive to make improvements in anything I do, whether it’s in the classroom or on the baseball field.  I may not always have my best stuff, or be the best player on the field, but I always give 100% of whatever I have. I’ve learned throughout the years that you’re never going to be perfect at anything you do, but that if you put the effort in you’ll get to be your best possible self. I want to be able to play baseball for the next four years, while also getting the best education I can. My goals are to continue to improve on and off the field, be the best teammate and student I can, as well as help my team be the best that it can be.
