- Selected to the USA Baseball Great Lakes NTIS 16U roster in 2013. Allowed no runs in 6 innings of work for USA Baseball Great Lakes Team at NTIS tournament in Cary, NC. Pitched a 3-hit complete game shutout in 16U Bloomington, IL, tournament. Struck out 13 in a complete game victory. Finished Illinois Indians summer season with a 1.50 ERA, a 6-2 record, 33 Ks in 40 IP, and 1.06 WHIP.

- I work with my pitching coach, Travis Kerber, from Elite Baseball Training in Chicago. During the season, we meet once a week to work on my mechanics and to increase velocity and control.
