My goal is to move to the next level as a college baseball player after high school. Currently I am working on keeping my academics on track while doing the extras on my own time to be sure I am prepared for the next baseball season. I consider myself a leader, however more by actions instead of being overly vocal. My personality is very laid back, and I believe that helps me in stressful situations in both life and the playing field. At the next level, I see myself being able to contribute to a pitching staff early on in my college career. I have recently bumped up my training routine, I am looking forward to visible gains in velo and agility. This will be my 3rd year as a Varsity starting pitcher. We won our regional last year, and I got the start on the mound in sectionals as a Sophomore. I believe that my experiences as an underclassman has prepared me to be a leader on our 2020 squad. I want to take our program to the next level. Academically, I want to choose a career path in Physical Therapy. I became interested in this field as I experienced it first hand after a football injury to my leg. Rehab was the toughest thing that I have been through, and has taught me to never take for granted your health. After this experience, I believe that I am now in the best shape of my life. Getting back physically healthy has instilled training habits that I did not have before.
