Before I even knew what baseball was I remember hearing the roar of the crowd the crack of the bat and my family cheering on the Cubs. By the time I was three I was constantly playing wiffle ball with my dad and my brother. As I got older and older baseball became my life. Throughout the years I've watched it, played it, and studied it. Now being 17 years old I've played baseball for 12 straight years and have loved every second of it. Throughout the years of playing baseball I have learned that I am very coachable, a great teammate, and someone with the ability to lead vocally and through actions.
My goal is to receive an excellent education and to play baseball at the next level. During my college baseball career, I will strive to be an asset no matter what my roll is. I will conduct myself with honor and respect on and off the field, knowing that the way I carry myself reflects my team, my coaches and the college I attend.
