My name is Mackenzie Welch, I have played soccer since I was four years old and am hoping to continue playing at the collegiate level. I played for a rec team up until I was ten years old when I joined Morris United. Throughout my high school career, I have continued to play for Morris United in the fall, and in the spring, I play for my high school varsity team. During my freshman and sophomore years, I started for the varsity team and played the entire game multiple times. I did not get the opportunity to play a junior season due to COVID-19. I am planning to study nursing and have taken multiple honors classes and an AP class to prepare. I am in my second year of Health Occupations through Joliet Junior College. Last year, I became a CNA through Health Occupations.
