Gabriel Lynch '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Gabriel Lynch. I am a 5´10 Outfielder out of Mundelein, Illinois. I attend Carmel Catholic, a private high school. I am searching for a college where I can pursue my athletic and academic career at a high level of competition. Through the first semester of my Sophomore year, I have withheld a 3.74 cumulative GPA while being a two-sport athlete and playing football in the fall. I am a workhorse on and off the field as I balance the classroom, two sports, strength training, practices, and speed training year-round. To the diamond, I bring my athleticism as I am quick on my feet and able to track down hard-hit balls in the outfield. At the plate, I have a consistent powerful swing with the ability to hit the ball hard in any direction. Hustle is a rule I live by when I cross the lines no matter what. I strive to be a leader and team player whether it is on base, in the field or even, the dugout. I have a very supportive family who understands the importance of athletics. My oldest brother is currently playing Division 1 baseball and he has taught me what it takes to play at the next level. I also feel playing at a higher level will also help me achieve my goal of receiving a higher education.
