My goals would be to major in chemistry while also playing on a college team. My coaches see me as a leader on the team and have recognized this by having me lead the team in warm ups, motivate the guys in the dugout. I am self motivated, so this isn't something they have to ask of me, it is what I want to do. I know that there are going to be bad calls, or a umpire I don't agree with, I will take those moments and apply it to the game, rather than being emotional about it among my team and others. I always try to encourage my teammates whenever I can. I will always go above and beyond when it comes to my team, my coaches and the game. My personal commitment to be the best student athletic I can. Going to college is about being a student first and an athlete second. I take this very seriously and you can see that with my grades. I have achieved academic successes every year by being on honor roll and plan to apply my academic commitments when I am in college.
