Ava Pardo '23 Recruiting Profile

Growing up with two brothers introduced me to the world of sports and athletics. I have been raised to be an athlete and how to take care of my body. Ever since I started in middle school, I've had a connection with track and i've always known that I wanted to continue running in college. My college aspirations include furthering my academic career in kinesiology and continue doing the sport I love. Kinesiology has been apart of my life because of track. I have learned and taught myself ways to be a better athlete along with how to keep my body healthy. My goal after studying the field of kinesiology is to impact athletes and help them continue the sport they love while also taking care of their bodies. I have been known as a very quick learner and I would love to use my skills and assist other athletes.
