Jonah Norman '22 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jonah Norman, and I am an athlete who loves to work on my game and in school.  I enjoy pushing myself and being pushed to be my best in sports and in school.  I enjoy playing baseball, hockey and volleyball and the friendships I have built through sports and school. I am looking for an opportunity to continue being a student athlete and develop even more in the classroom and on the diamond. No matter where baseball takes me, I will give that team and school  my very best, and will always work to be a great teammate and student.  

I also enjoy spending time giving back to my community.  Over the past 5 years I have organized and collected winter coats for kids.  With the help of my teammates, we have been able to collect and donate over 500 winter jackets to the Salvation Army Koats for Kids program.  

Outside of school and sports, I love to hang out with friends and just relax or play a round of golf. I am fortunate enough to have grown up with the same group of friends and developed a strong friendship with them.  I am looking forward to a new opportunity at university to build new friendships as strong as the ones I have now. Another very important thing to me is my family, without my family, I would not have made it this far nor would you be reading this if it wasn't for them. I have a very supportive family and they want to see me succeed in life, with whatever I do, that’s all that I can ask for. They have provided me with every tool I need to be successful, and I know they will continue to be there to support me. I love them for being with me every step of the way.
