My name is Anthony D’Alfonso. I currently attend Parkville High School and will be graduating spring of 2022.
Parkville High School Varsity Knights had only one loss throughout our regular season. As a batter, I am 9th in the lineup, with a .389 BA. I hold second place on the team with 11 RBI’s. I finished the season number one with OBP and SLG. I started every game in the outfield, minus the last game, where I started as catcher, due to the departure of seniors.
I am currently playing for Maryland Baseball Club at the 17/ 18U age group where I play outfield and catcher. During the offseason I train with Andrew Sacks BS, CSCS, CSAC and CPT certified at Prime Sports Performance (PSP) gym. We work on foot speed, exit velocity and arm strength
