I love the game of baseball. I started playing baseball when I was 4 years old. I even played basketball and tag football, but baseball was my favorite sport. I have been playing on travel teams since I was 10 years old. My goals are to go to college, get a degree in Criminology or Sociology, and play collegiate and pro ball. I just love being on the field and hitting.
Throughout my years of playing this sport, it helped me develop into an aggressive player and base runner, a strong hitter, and team player. Also, my leadership skills have matured so I consistently encourage my teammates to stay excited and support each other. While playing on many school and travel teams, I meet all types of players and get along with everybody. I love the comradery built from this sport. I am coachable and have integrity, therefore, my morals are high as well as expectations of myself.
During the pandemic my freshman and sophomore years were adversely impacted but I didn't let it stop me. I continued to work out at home, the gym and indoor baseball facilities (when they were open). I demonstrate my agility and versatility by playing both infield and outfield positions. I'm a team player so I will play wherever I am needed.
I am interested in joining a Baseball Program that is a great "fit" for me both athletically and academically. My goal is to contribute my skills to a team to help them win!
