Baseball Recruit ...Personal Statement
From the beginning, baseball has been a major part of my life. I remember growing up and watching New York Yankees' games on T.V. I have many great qualities on the field and in the classroom, which would make me a high-level candidate for your school and for your team.
Due to two stress fractures in my back during sophomore year in high school, I have learned to appreciate time as well as take care of my body. These lessons have translated into hard work in both baseball and academics.
Both Arlington High School and my club teams have put into situations with high level competitions during the summer and spring seasons.
The qualities I bring to the team are leadership, mental toughness and a positive attitude. I pride myself on being able to be coachable as well as looking to help my teammates in any situation.
My primary goal is find a school with a challenging education and great campus life, as well as a school allowing me to follow one of my dreams of playing baseball at the next level.
