Personal Statement

I plan to take Sports Management or Sports Marketing in college. I am a true believer that academics come first, before anything. I want to use baseball as a stepping stone to reach my goals in college, and hopefully fulfill my dreams of a becoming a professional baseball player. What makes me a good candidate for your program is the attitude I bring. I do not give up, ever. I am believe that if you have a positive mindset at all times, something good will come out of it. Also, I am a loud mouth and bring a lot of intensity to the table. I love when I see a teammate down and I can get their head back into the game, because we need everyone on the team to be successful. Being a captain for two years has shown me this, and shown me how to be a great leader, not only on the field but off of it as well. If you're looking for a gritty, loud, hard working, and intense catcher, I am the man for the job.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
