Nico Gagnon '22 Recruiting Profile

  I have been playing baseball for the majority of my life. I would like to continue to play a sport that I am passionate about and that I love.

I enjoy the strategy behind the sport of baseball and the camaraderie with my fellow teammates and opponents. I would like to play in college because I love the baseball atmosphere and  would like to continue to strive to be the best I can be.  I enjoy learning from coaches and experienced players. This will only make me a better player.

I am a good candidate for a college program because I have  the experience in being in pressure situations and making a positive result for the team. I pride myself in being able to get that clutch hit or fielding catch when needed or come in to pitch with bases loaded and get out of the inning. 

I am a hardworking person who will take constructive criticism and enhance my skills with it. I am not afraid to work hard, academically and athletically. I am willing to pursue and endure whatever it takes to reach my goals. My parents raised me to be a humble leader that leads by example on the field and in life. However, I can be a vocal leader in the dugout when needed. When it comes to playing a sport that I love, I am all business and will take my job very seriously.
