My name is Cooper Young I attend Falmouth High School in Massachusetts. I will be graduating in the spring of 2023. I have been playing Lacrosse since I was 6 years old first for the town team leading into my current position on the Kings and the varsity HS team. Some of my top strengths as a lacrosse player have been my man on man defense, clears and winning ground balls. I am a very physical aggressive defense player and try to be a leader in communication on the field. Lacrosse continues to be one of the sports I want to purse in my college years because it challenges me both physically and mentally. I constantly try to improve my stick skills and ability to read the other players position and movements increasing my ability to anticipate the play and shut them down.
In my free time I enjoy spending time in the gym, fishing, golfing, football and spending time with friends. Every year I volunteer at various fundraising events such as the Falmouth Road Race and for the local Rotary Club.
My goals for the future would be to attend a college/university that supports my desire to learn and understand the field of Business and set myself up for a promising career. I also was to attend a school where I can continue to play Lacrosse and be part of a team in a environment that not only challenges me but pushes my limits and level of skill to see what my best truly is.
