My name is Matt Jolie, I will be graduating in 2021 and I am a passionate baseball player. My end goal in life is to be able to provide for my family. Currently I am thinking of pursuing a career in sports medicine or bio-chemistry. With my on field talent combined with great on field leadership combined with an even better work ethic off the field, I would be a great addition to any team that I would play on. I am willing to take on any role a coach needs from me for the better of the team, including playing nearly every position on the field. Not only do I put in work on the baseball field, but I also put in work in the classroom. I feel like I represent the term student athlete to a very high standard. I will do homework in my uniform in the spare minutes I have before my games, and I will run on minimal sleep if it means fulfilling all of my responsibilities and commitments both on and off the field. My work ethic is at top level, I am always taking extra reps and working with myself as well as absorbing the advice of others to make myself the best player I can be.
