Baseball is my absolute passion. It has taught me that to be successful at anything you must apply yourself, have dedication to what you are learning and be a good team mate. Being a good team mate means having integrity, doing the right thing even when no one is watching me, developing strong communication skills, supporting each other, finding another gear and digging deep when things are tough, being magnanimous in victory and complementary in loss. Most of all it has taught me to respect my team mates, my opponents and the game of baseball itself.
I have been playing since I was two years old - when I was invited to a friend’s baseball birthday party. Having picked up a bat and ball, at this early age I have never looked back. Since then I have played on lots of teams of different levels and abilities and I have worked with many awesome coaches and attended many clinics and programs in order to develop and build essential skills that will make me the strongest player I can be.
I love learning new things and I work hard to take all feedback and to use to improve and help in game situations. I work hard at identifying and correcting things that aren’t working as well as I thought they should and constantly work on any weaknesses in my game.
I hope that all of my my hard work and dedication will help me to be the best player I can be and allow me to play college baseball and beyond.
