My strongest attribute for any team is my work ethic. During the winter and spring seasons, I practice twice a day every day with my club and school teams as well as them right after the other. During the pandemic I've continued working out every day, whether it's an at-home workout, running on the track, or lifting at the gym. Collegiately my goals are to win a national title with my team as well as becoming a national champion in my events and receiving All American honors. My ultimate goal though is to represent my nation whether that be the US or Trinidad as a runner at the Olympics. Academically I also have strong leadership qualities. I've been selected to represent my school at leadership programs such as Project 351, a program bringing kids together across the MASS for youth service and leadership working with figures like the Mayor. I've received an academic scholarship nomination in the form of the Posse Foundation Scholarship as well as receiving a full scholarship to the Island School in the Bahamas which I was unfortunately not able to attend due to COVID. At whatever college I attend I'll be a dedicated athlete as well as a student and will only work to keep getting better and better.
