  • 11/3/18 - Fielding : Does a good job of going from getting the ball, funnel, and release in a matter of two steps. Maintains good body control on forehand making sure the throw is good and on target. Works through the ball on the slow roller, just needs to be more fluent. 11/3/18 - Hitting: Righty that is quiet at the plate. Is very long with his swing and stands tall at the plate and doesn’t use his lower half. Contact hitter to the pull side. Needs to stay connected with his upper and lower half and he would generate more power.
  • Camp/Event
  • UNL Baseball Acadamey 4-1 Hitting Class
  • 2/18/18 to 3/11/18
  • This is a 4-week session, meeting once per week for 60 minutes (4 total hours of instruction). 4-on-1 Hitting Instruction is a hands-on class for those who want to improve their offensive game. Classes are limited to 4-5 players and sessions are designed to teach drills and philosophy that we hope will create a consistent level of success for all ages and abilities. Players will be grouped with those of similar age and remain with that group for the entire session.
  • Camp/Event
  • Hitting/Pitching Intensity Camp
  • 1/28/18 to 1/28/18
  • The Hitting / Pitching Intensity Camp is designed to help the camper with a specific skill, either pitching or hitting. Graduate Assistant Coach Zach Bayreuther will lead the hitting instruction. Assistant Coach Kirk Clark will conduct the pitching instruction. This camp will feature advanced techniques and instruction involved with hitting and pitching. All aspects of the camp will be overseen by Head Coach Alex Koch. The coaches will be assisted by WSC team members. For the best hitting and pitching instruction this camp is a must.
  • Camp/Event
  • Total Skills Camp
  • 1/21/18 to 1/21/18
  • The Total Skills Camp emphasizes all parts of the game. This includes fielding, pitching, catching, hitting and base running. This camp is great for all ages. One of the many great qualities of this camp is the one on one instruction you will receive from the Wildcat staff. Instructors for the camp will be the WSC coaches and players. This camp also serves as a great tool for evaluation from our staff to any potential college baseball players. This will be a great camp for any player to help them enhance their game!

  • 01/16/2015 - Baseball Factory Spring Training in Arizona (Ages 12-14) Connor is a young two-way player (SS/RHP) who shows good baseball IQ, and good baseball awareness. In the field he shows ready hands by getting them set during solid pre-pitch movements and rhythm. He also shows great footwork around the bag while turning the double play. As a hitter Connor is able to use the whole field, with a strong focus on the middle and right side. This gives him the ability to be a top of the order guy, being able to put the baseball in play, and hitting well in needed situations. On the bump Connor shows a quiet and balanced delivery to the plate. He displays a delivery that he is able to repeat consistently, and doesn't rush to the plate, allowing him to pitch while composed and under control.

  • 08/02/2014 - Interactive Video Program - Council Bluffs (Omaha, NE), IA Connor is a young, 2-way player as a SS/RHP. Defensively at SS, he hustles into a square fielding position. He works well around the ground ball hit to his glove-side, gets his shoulders in-line, and makes accurate throws across the diamond. With the bat, this RHH shows a square setup with balance. He squares the ball up and and drives the middle of the field. On the mound, Larson throws a FB & CH from an over the top arm slot. He maintains fluid rhythm and works in-line toward the plate. FB tops out at 57 mph as it has run & sink. Changeup shows run/tail as he throws it with the same arm speed. Overall abilities in his game will improve with work on the following. Defense 1. Lateral movement 2. Play through ball Offense 1. Hand separation 2. Lower 1/2 drive Pitching 1. Arm strength 2. Follow through with extension

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
