My name is Greg Weissert and I'm currently a junior at Bay Shore High School. I maintain honor roll grades while taking advanced courses. I am a two sport Varsity athlete. I play Varsity Volleyball and I have been a starter since my sophomore year,I have received All-league and All-Tournament Honors. I also play Varsity Baseball where I have been a starter and was named All-League as a Sophomore and I have been nominated as a 2012 Top Prospect Player by Baseball Player Magazine, and I was named in the top 100 players on Long Island. I have been named All-County and MVP and Newsday's Athlete of the week. I am a RHP/ infielder with a good glove and a solid bat. I am involved in extra-curricular activities as well as community service ( Bay Shore Beautification Society). I am looking to continue my studies at a University that suits me not only academically but also enables me to play competitive collegiate baseball. I always work hard on and off the field and I'm always working on growing as a person and a player. I would like to attend a University with a good business program so that I may pursue a career in the area of marketing, I would eventually like to own my own business.
