I truly enjoy being part of a team, exercising, and competing: I want to play collegiate baseball at a school where I can maximize my athletic and academic potential. I believe that sports have been invaluable in helping hone my character, and have helped me become a young man of integrity. The intangible skills I have gained in athletics cross over into my success in the classroom and in my community as a leader and public servant. I enjoy volunteering when I am not training or studying. I am well aware of the commitment required and challenges that come with being a Division I athlete because both of my parents, my sister, many cousins, aunts and uncles were college athletes. I know that my university experience will greatly be enhanced by living out my dream of being a collegiate athlete and I hope to contribute to the team with both skill and personality.
