Patrick Gillespie '21 Recruiting Profile

I look forward to challenging myself academically as I move onto college as a Communications major.  I have been handling my studies well over the years as I play baseball and volleyball for school and travel programs. As focused as I am on my schoolwork is the way I handle my training for sports. Being able to juggle the demands of a strong education and play baseball at the collegiate level is something I'm positive I can accomplish. In my opinion a good candidate for a college baseball team doesn't just perform on the field but also in the classroom. As a student athlete I have a responsibility to my family, my coach, my teammates, my teachers, the school and myself to dedicate my energy to become a better person. This is something I believe and know I can handle as I continue my journey in life.
