I want baseball to always be a big part of my life.
Since I was five, baseball has been that best friend anyone would want to be around, the one who challenged me to work as hard as I could to do better, showed me the value of teamwork, to accept failure and success, helped me dig deep to recognize and let the best of me come through. Also, really important, it's great fun.
As a still growing six foot freshman in high school there are clear goals and some less clear. My clear goal is that my hard work in the ninth grade classroom and on the baseball field today and everyday going forward is the only way to achieve playing college ball. Academically I'm in the classroom everyday, listening and participating and taking advantage of every extra help opportunity the school offers. For ball I'm all about training in the off-season, emphasizing improving my skills and physical strengths and looking forward to Spring tryouts. I know that being a student athlete means excelling both on and off the field which is why I strive to do that with every opportunity I am given.
