Baseball has been a sport that has always been a passion of mine. At an early age, my father and I spent many hours at the park and fields working on my skills. I am always willing to put in the extra work, whether it is to go to the fields to hit, stretch, or work on pitching mechanics. I recognize there is always room to get better, and I am willing to apply any feedback my coaches provide, as it gives me an opportunity to further improve. I also believe that my preparation and strong worth ethic will help any team that I play with. I have played on many baseball teams, and I believe that being a good teammate is important since baseball is a team sport. When I am not playing baseball, I focus on my schoolwork to earn good grades, because my academics and doing well in my classes are just as important and will help me shape my future.
