The most important decision in my athletic life was joining the Richmond Braves at the beginning of my sophomore year. This decisions was so important because they helped teach me how to train better and more effectively to gain more velocity while pitching. They have improved my pitching tremulously by helping me gain 13 miles per hour in 10 months.
Outside of sport, transferring schools in the middle of my sophomore year challenged me. I was forced to learn and interact with new kids while competing with better athletes and better students. This helped me develop a strong work ethic and pride in my practice. Transferring school has given me the experiences of learning how to adapt to new peer and new situation. I believe that learning these valuable skills will help me join your school soon.
