Ryan Schwartz '24 Recruiting Profile

 “There is always room for improvement. Work harder. Be better. Never give up.” says my dad.  I am motivated by those words and my love for baseball. Learning from mistakes and failure drives me. I have a purpose and desire to be successful in all that I do.  There is no substitute for hard work and hustle.  Less than my best effort is not an option. Being a good person is important to me. I strive to be humble and treat others the way I want to be treated; with respect and kindness. On the field I let my play do my talking. My team comes first.  I will always have my teammates backs and play whatever role is asked of me to help my team win. This is an important and exciting time for me planning for my future. I am looking forward to going through the recruiting process. If I am fortunate enough to attend your school, achieving a college degree is my first priority and goal. Baseball is my passion though and I want to show you I have what it takes to be a top, competitive, college ballplayer.
