DEVRYN GALLOWAY '14 Recruiting Profile

At this time I am 5'9, 140 lbs. I have above average speed and also above average power. I have competed at many different levels, I've played baseball since I was 4 and have always been somewhat of a dominant force when it came down to athleticism and knowledge of the game. When i was 8 i played 10u ball and so on. I am currently a team captain on the 14u Stix Baseball showcase team and I will be playing varsity baseball for my highschool although I am a freshman. I am a very hard working person and i pride myself on hard work, sportsmanship,and the opportunity to plsy the game I love and also be talented at it. I am also very coachable because my ears are open to anything that can and will make me better. It has always been a dream of mine to play college baseball and hopefully make it to the next level but i will take any opprtunity that is given to me for i am commited to making a living in the classroom before on the diamond. I am lookin to attend a somewhat large college with a prestigous academic program, D1 or D2 is what i am more interseted in. My desired major is between Sports Medicine and US History. My athletic goals are: 1.Make the team I play on a dominant force in any division we are in and across the US. 2.Make a name for myself in a positive way 3.Play to the best of my ability and provide for my family the way they have provided for me.
