Brennan Chapman '20 Recruiting Profile

    As a freshman in high school, I had the pleasure of playing 3 varsity sports. I had a very successful wrestling season racking up close to 35 wins, and fell just short of qualifying for the state tournament as a freshman. I also had a very successful Baseball season as I hit .402 for the season, while I had some kinks to work out in my defense, I worked very hard to become more of a leader and complete Baseball player not only for myself, but for my coaches, my teammates, and my family.

      As a catcher and a captain for my wrestling team, and football team my teammates and coaches have always expected great things from me, and I've worked very hard to meet those expectations. My teammates always came to me for advice,  and for encouragement. As for a ball game, my coaches and teammates have always held me accountable and expected a lot from me, that has contributed a lot to my success in the classroom and on the field.

    In closing, I love the sport of Baseball, I always have and always will. Coming from a small town with a good Baseball Program, there has always been a right and wrong way to play the game. I respect the game and always hustle and play hard, as that's the right way to play the game of Baseball. As for my future, I hope to play the game that I love, as it has always been a way for me to escape my busy life and have fun with my teammates and coaches.
