March 2019Personal Statement
I strive each and every day to improve myself, not only as an athlete, but as a person as well. Whether it be on the field, or in the classroom my goal is always to get better than I was yesterday. Some examples of how I do this is by getting to school early to attend tutoring sessions and lift weights, going to church every Sunday where I am also involved with the youth program, and working hard on all aspects of the game of baseball day in and day out.
As a collegiate athlete, my goal is to continue to strive for excellence on the field, in the classroom, and in life. I don't back down from a challenge and I'm not afraid to fail. I approach all situations with confidence, and a strong desire to compete at a high level. Thank you for your time.

- 03/10/2019 - College PREP - Raleigh, NC Corbin is a MIF who has a tremendous future on the diamond. At SS, defensive abilities are tremendous as he displays fluid / clean actions. He has plus lateral range, working from the ground up with smooth actions. Feet are aggressive in attacking balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is soft / sure and presents well out front. Transfer is quick as he fires strong throws (90 mph velocity) zipping across the diamond. At the plate, he has strong/centered balance with fluid rhythm to load. Hands are quick (86 mph exit velocity) and work through an aggressive swing path. He shows a feel for the barrel with gap-to-gap pop.
