I am a 5'10" catcher from Waxhaw,North Carolina and will graduate in the 2014 class. I would prefer to go to an Engineering school on the East coast so that I can be close to my family while also enjoying a college atmosphere. Ideally, I look to strive for higher education while attending a larger size school, so Division I or II schools with a reputation of strong academics would be best for me. My desired major is Biomedical Engineering because the idea of combining science and medicine fascinates me. I look forward to a college that balances both athletic programs and educational opportunities so that I can push myself to continue with my studies along with learning the game of baseball. Baseball is not my priority for college, as I will always hold academics to be the main focus. However, if the opportunity to play baseball in college were to present itself, I would be more than willing to participate in the baseball program at whichever school I attend.
