Dylan Kints '21 Recruiting Profile

The highlight of my baseball career would be winning all Ontario's with my hometown team in Exeter in 2015. That was the year I really fell in love with baseball. It is also the year I realized I wanted to play college baseball and started to look into doing that. Each year since then, I feel I have grown as a player and as a person. That year led me to become a team leader on every team I have played on and developed my hard-working mindset to wanting to become a college-level baseball player. 

In college, I want to study for a career in law. My coach from 2015 is a lawyer and has a son that plays college baseball. I have become really close with their family and they have helped guide me into the college baseball route to also further my hopes of becoming a lawyer. I believe I not only have the talent to play at the college level, but the character, personality, work ethic, and determination to do so. this summer, I worked four jobs and played baseball. I worked those four jobs because I had a goal of buying my own car. I did not miss a single shift at work. when I have a goal, I put my heart into achieving it. I show the same effort level in class, the weight room, and on the field each day. as a two-time team captain and multiple sport athlete, I know I have what it takes to compete and be a leader on your team!
