My name is Noah Gagol and I'm a junior at Applewood heights secondary school In Mississauga Ontario. My goal is to play baseball at the collegiate level while getting my education in either business or sports marketing. I am a good candidate for any program because I am a great teammate who always puts the team above myself. I'm willing to do whatever the team needs to help get the win, I think that's what separates me from other recruits.

- 90 EV SCOUTING REPORT- 1/17/21 Gagol, 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, is a physical left-handed hitting outfielder from the Fieldhouse Pirates program. Gagol has a big athletic frame and as he continues to get older, he has a projectable body. He displays a strong lower body and is a gap-to-gap guy right now, but as he continues to mature and get stronger there is power potential there. He finished with a 90 mph exit velo at the Holiday Hitters event. It will be interesting to see what kind of player Gagol ends up being, but the body and tools are there to be able to compete at the next level.

- Gordon Blakeley / Rick Arnold - Gordon Blakeley : RF -- good swing and tries to use the whole field with overall approach -- balance and feel for the head of the bat -- some impact skills now and will have HR power as he matures -- loop in throws that lack carry, can be improved with long toss throwing program -- needs some agility work to increase range and lateral quickness -- catches ball and should be able to handle playing a corner position at next level. - Rick Arnold : 2XL frame. Broad sloping shoulders. Room to fill and get stronger. Semi windup delivery, 3/4 arm angle. Maximum effort delivery, recoils. Throws slightly across body. Vaults and spins over stiff front leg. Long, slightly twisting arm action. Tries both sides of plate with small sinking, tailing FB. Keeps most down. Slurvy breaking ball, fair rotation and bite. Slows arm on straight CH. Sinker/Slider type, future tools to pitch at the D1 level. - DEVELOPMENT NOTES by Ken Harvey / Jose Silva - Ken Harvey : Definite potential and upside for consistent hard contact. This assessment is due to a solid foundation, a level swing path, and great vision at contact. Be aware of an upper half that likes to pull off the target when the swing gets too big. Other than that, the sky is the limit with potential to continue to get better. Allow yourself to continue through the baseball even after contact. This will add power to an already solid approach. - Jose Silva : Like his size and arm action. Would like to see him reach to target more with his head. Needs to get his lead foot towards the target and that will help control his upper body as well. Work on controlling your mechanics which will help your control and improve velocity.
