My Aspirations: My goal was always to make it to pro sports and the American Collegiate system is exactly the place to be if I want to achieve this! I would ideally want to pursue a professional career in Baseball as a player but I have always kept in mind that even if that is not possible, I will still work in the sports industry in some capacity. Being on a collegiate sports team not only allows me to try and go pro with Baseball but it can also show me a closer view of the intricate ins and out's of the life of a pro team. It's the best way for me to develop as an athlete and also prepare myself for what I hope to be a great career in the sports industry!
Why Me?: I always strive to be the hardest-working player on any team. On every team I have joined, I started out as one of the weakest players but every single time, I leave or move on as one of the strongest. I thrive to be the best in everything I do and Baseball is no different. Progress is something I always work on. I understand that joining a collegiate team means I will need to earn everything but every time I run onto a field it will always be about getting better on a personal level to help bring the most to the team on a collective level.
My hand-eye coordination has always been my strongest attribute and it allows my bat-to-ball skill to be very diverse. Driving a ball to the opposite field or just making contact during a hit-and-run are things I'm very comfortable with. My speed is also something I have pride in as well alongside my ability to play all over the diamond!
Who I am: I believe my passion for sports goes well beyond just playing the game of Baseball. I've never seen going to early morning practice, watching game films, stretching before games, or making long drives to tournaments as a chore but just an opportunity to get better at what I love. It has always been paramount for me to find a way to involve myself in the sports world one way or another and I decided the best thing to do would be to start my own career as a sports writer with https://shootsleftandwrites.com/.
