My name is Charlie Chubak. I am an athlete and a student. I am a team player. I listen, learn, apply, reflect and adapt. I am goal-oriented. I work hard during both practice and competition. I have been told that I am a natural teacher. I am patient and methodical and strive to progress.
Through baseball, I have been provided with opportunities for personal growth beyond any other aspect of my life. My family has always been supportive of my athletic aspirations and I am most grateful for that. Those I have met over my 10 years of playing baseball, from Little League to Competitive AAA, have become my closest friends, my mentors, my village.
In college, I strive for a chance to continue playing baseball at a competitive level as well as to join a community that offers me a well-rounded experience consisting of: an education to prepare me for life, and an opportunity to continue developing my skills so that I can continue to reach new heights as a player. My goals are to be a scholarship athlete at the intercollegiate level as I achieve my education, work my way toward an undergraduate degree in mathematics and go on to pursue a career in aviation. In the meantime, I will continue to study hard, practice hard and play hard to prepare myself for the opportunity when it comes.
Thank you for considering me for your program for the 2024 season.
I hope to connect with you in the very near future.
Charlie
