Cole Burnstein '18 Recruiting Profile

From a young age, people are told that size doesn't matter, and in Baseball this is certainly true. I would consider myself to be a late bloomer when it comes to size (height & weight), but I see this as a positive. I am still growing, and continuing to become a stronger player on and off the field, and understand that what I lack in height I make up for with heart, work ethic, and knowledge of the game. I also understand that baseball is a game, and one can never take themselves too seriously on the field, and believe this helps me perform at my best. I am a keen, hardworking and academically inclined student-athlete, who understands the importance of a quality post-secondary education. I intend to enroll in a program which satisfies both my steep academic and athletic ambitions.
