The moment I first stepped onto the field at the age of 7, I fell in love with the game of baseball as it has become a big part of who I am as a person. Throughout the years my passion for the game has continued to grow, along with my dream to play at the college level. I realize that the only way to succeed and achieve this goal is with a dedicated, hard working and persistent mindset.
I am a left handed pitcher and I love to control the game. As I am a mentally strong person I thrive in big time, stressful situations both on and off the bump. Along with that, I value leadership. As a player, the teams’ success always comes first before my personal gain. I am very self-motivated and with my strong leadership skills, I try to set an example and motivate my teammates through my actions. My personality allows me to be very coachable and I desire all the criticism and support I can get in order to make myself a stronger student-athlete. Whether it be in the classroom or on the field, having the drive and putting in the work to succeed is what I am known for as my goals are high among my priorities.
In the classroom I work just as hard as I do on the field and have maintained a 3.7 GPA. My goal is to attend a college that will allow me to grow and excel as a student-athlete where I can push myself both academically and athletically. Through my talent, hard work, dedication and leadership skills, I believe that I can be a valuable asset to any team that I am a part of.
