In my freshman year, I got picked to go to Florida for the spring training trip for the high school baseball team. I was the only freshman to go and that caused me to observe other and older players who were either committed or being recruited to play in college baseball. By doing this it showed me what type of work and dedication that I would need to have to play college baseball. However, I feel like the most influential moment in my career was whenever I tried out for the Ohio Valley Regional team for the USA baseball National Team Identification Series in 2017 and I did not make the team. This motivated me to work harder and become the best ball player that I could be. In 2018 I was on the 64th ranked team in the nation and the 4th ranked team in PA. Playing on this team showed me what a brotherhood really is. Also, it showed what teamwork, passion, accountability, courage, and commitment can do for a team.
